Our Balance Board / Wobble Board is made of a 15-½ inch – solid wood circular disk, with a non-slip textured surface. It improves core strength, posture and balance. Dancers will often practice ballet positions while standing on the Balance Board.

The SuperiorArch is used to stretch the upper arch of the foot. This benefits dancers who need additional flexibility in their feet in order to improve their Pointe technique. A foam-covered incline which is built into the base, allows the bottom of the foot to easily conform to the SuperiorArch for an easy stretch. It is available in a variety of fabric colors and patterns.

We have two types of SpinBoards, commonly referred to as a “Turning Boards”.

The original rectangular SpinBoard is great for beginners. It’s curved base has a non-slip foot pad. It allows the dancer to balance with the entire foot on the board, for turning and pirouette training.

The SpinBoard Releve Disc for intermediate and advanced dancers. It is a round turning disc, requiring the dancer to practice their turns and pirouettes in Releve position, with the heal raised off the floor.

Both SpinBoards promote the centering of the core and proper leg, body and arm positioning during turns.

This large 3 ½ inch diameter Spiky Green ball with short nubs that is relatively firm. It fits perfectly into any dance bag making it easy to carry for a great massage anytime – anywhere.

StretchMax is a portable door stretching strap, is extremely popular and can be used on any standard door for stretch training. It consists of a short strap which lays over the top of the door. It is held securely in place with the door closed, by a wooden ball sewn into the webbing on one end, and a Chrome D-Ring at the other. The longer strap threads through the D-Ring. These stretching exercises increase the dancer’s flexibility, strength and range of motion.

The Leg Bands are a set of 5 – 12 inch, latex rubber loop bands, with color coded resistance levels for progressive workouts. These are great for leg strength conditioning and toning.

Resistance increases with each band level:

• Yellow= X-Light
• Green= Light
• Blue= Medium
• Red= Heavy
• Black= X-Heavy

 

Band length is 12″ flat or 24″ in circumference. Each set of bands comes with a draw string carry bag.

The Clover Bands are latex rubber strips that are 4 inches wide by 48 inches long and are available in 4 color coded resistance levels.
