Online Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Relevé Dancewear, Gifts and Embroidery. Please note all guidelines for returns below. These guidelines are designed to preserve the quality of our inventory and ensure that we only deliver brand new products to our customers. Should you need to return an item that you purchased from, please include the following within 14 days of your purchase date in order to receive a refund.

  1. The item
  2. A copy of your original receipt
  3. A completed return form (click here to download return form)

*Once your package is received, please allow 10 business days for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received. Upon approval, a full refund of the purchase price will be made provided that all return guidelines are met. Refunds will be made to the account on which the original charge was made.

Please note:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or dirty items
  • Items without their original tags attached
  • Personalized and/or embroidered items
  • Tights and undergarments
  • Makeup


You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned items. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note the tracking number from your label.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. If you return items that have been tried on, have makeup on them, or are dirty, you WILL NOT be given a credit or a refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

All personalized and embroidered products are final sale due to the nature of the item.

If an order is returned to us past the 14 day time limit or does not fit the qualified return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.

All bulk orders (3 or more of any 1 item) require a 20% restocking fee in addition to the above requirements.

If you believe that you have received DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of the receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email us at:
