Membership Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to become a Member or enroll in our Relevé Rewards program. 
An email address is required for a Member to receive Relevé Rewards communications and Relevé Rewards points.


Relevé Rewards points are accrued at the rate of one (1) Rewards point for every dollar spent at Relevé Dancewear, including Rewards points are not accrued for money spent on tax, shipping, or coupons; or when spending store credit or gift cards. 
Relevé Rewards points can be used to redeem rewards including discounts on your purchases.

General Terms

Relevé Rewards points are based on total account spending at Relevé Dancewear, and online at
Account spending can be on one purchase or through multiple purchases.
Relevé Rewards members must provide the email address associated with their Relevé Rewards account at the point of checkout to receive credit for the purchase. For online purchases, members must be logged in to their account.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information online at
Relevé Rewards points are not assignable, saleable, transferable, replaceable or redeemable for cash, other than as stated herein.
Relevé Dancewear is not responsible for rewards not received as a result of Member's failure to provide an accurate email address.
The Relevé Rewards Program is continuous; no subsequent registration is required.
Relevé Dancewear maintains the right to terminate Members or change rules at any time.
Rewards points earned on an item which is then returned will be deducted in the period of the return. Returns may cause a negative Rewards points balance.

Accrual Rules

Member is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, where applicable.
Relevé Rewards points are earned on all eligible transactions completed at Relevé Dancewear and on All eligible purchases are applied towards Relevé Rewards points. Spend can be on one purchase or multiple purchases made over an unlimited time period.
If account is inactive for 180 days (no purchases made for 180 consecutive days), any accumulated points towards Relevé Rewards points will be reset to zero (0). Inactive is defined as not having any purchase activity posted to the Relevé Rewards email address associated with a Member's account. If a Member believes his / her eligible purchase was incorrectly applied toward earning Relevé Rewards points, please contact Relevé Dancewear via our online form.
Requests must be received by Relevé Dancewear Customer Relations within 90 days from the date of activity.
Written requests should include the Member's name, Relevé Rewards email address, address and/or daytime telephone number.
Failure to supply the adequate and unaltered documentation may result in denial of such credits.
Points may also be earned for engaging in non-purchase behavior online, such as completing a Member profile or answering a survey, with Relevé Rewards points increments varying at Relevé Dancewear's discretion. purchases using secure checkout with a registered account are eligible to earn towards Relevé Rewards points. Other payment methods, including guest checkout, are not eligible to earn towards Relevé Rewards points.

Reward Issuance and Redemption

Relevé Rewards points cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash or gift certificates.
Relevé Dancewear is not responsible for lost or stolen Relevé Rewards points.

Cancellation and Termination Policy

Relevé Dancewear may terminate the Relevé Rewards Program at any time.
Upon termination of the Program, Member forfeits any inactivated rewards.
Repeated return of merchandise as part of this rewards program shall result in termination of Member's Relevé Rewards account if in Relevé Dancewear's sole opinion the behavior is determined to be fraudulent.

Modification of Program Policy

Relevé Dancewear reserves the right to end or modify the Relevé Rewards Program at any time without notice.

Continued use of Member's Relevé Rewards constitutes acceptance of any amendments to the Program.

Release of Liability or Limited Liability

Member releases Relevé Dancewear and affiliate entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all liability relating to Member's Relevé Rewards Membership or this agreement.

Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the state of North Carolina, without reference to conflict-of-laws.

How do I get credit for my purchases?

Always provide your Relevé Rewards email address at the register during checkout.

Will you give my email address to anyone else?

No. Your email will only be used by Relevé Dancewear and our Relevé Rewards administration partner. We will not sell, rent or trade your email address.

If I earn enough points to receive a reward today, can I use my Relevé Rewards points on my current purchase?

Relevé Rewards points are sent via email after you make a purchase, for you to use on a later visit. They can’t be used on same-day purchases.

How does the Relevé Rewards program work?

For every $1 you spend at Relevé Dancewear and on in one or more purchases, you will earn 1 Relevé Rewards point.

What if I have specific questions about my Relevé Rewards membership?

If you are not receiving your Rewards points, please do the following:

  1. Login to and confirm we have your correct email address on file.
  2. Login to your email and check your junk/spam folder in your inbox.
